good. im glad these morons lost their money. golf needs to be relegated to something much smaller and much less arrogant. why pay 25k to be a member of the douchenozzle club? so many other things to waste 25k on. vegas for starters, who knows, you might win something there. you never win at golf. golf is such a waste of space, and water. if you play golf, then you my non-friend, are contributing to one of the problems in this country.

I have no significant assets, I’ve put over $900K (all borrowed) into my house and it’s now worth less than $700K, I owe the bank $775K and I’m paying $6000 a month in mortgages and taxes. Why shouldn’t I walk away? Although I can afford it, I’m basically renting the place for more than $6000 a month, since, despite the mortgage payment, if and when I ever sell, I’ll have to absorb the loss, too! With banks not loaning money anymore, what’s the value of decent credit rating these days? Not much!
