Seriously, buying an REO is a pain. Much more than I remember ever experiencing during my months buying a tract home. It’s inspections, inspections, inspections, constant bitching by the asset manager — there’s far more to tell you and I will….except I can’t do it all until it’s all over. So stay in touch!
